Reservation Policy Background

RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full on the day of booking. Excluded in the total room rate are taxes and resort fees which are not charged until you arrive at the resort.

Sales Tax: Tax is 11% and is not included in your room rate.

Check-in: Prior to arrival you will receive an email confirmation with the unit number, entry code and map to your condo.  Your unique access code will begin to work at 5pm on the day of arrival. You may go directly to your unit for check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of arrival. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Parking: Complimentary parking is provided on-site.

 

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property.

 

Additional Rules:

Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

(Off Peak) April 14 to November 20 each year:

 

  • Cancel without penalty with at least 3-days advance notice prior to arrival. NO REFUND when you cancel with less than 3-days notice.

 

(Peak) November 21 - April 13:

 

  • NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date.

 

Christmas (12/24, 12/25), New Year’s Eve (12/31), and President's Day Weekend:

  • NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date.
